- $350 per night during Summer, plus HST (June 15 to
September 15).
- $300 per night during Off Season, plus HST (excluding
holidays).
- $350 per night during holidays, plus HST.

Terms:
- 5 nights minimum based on 8 persons.

Rules:
Please note that we rent to family
groups only. We do not allow high school or college groups,
special events (parties, etc.) are not permissible unless
discussed prior to rental and are in the nature of family reunions
or such. No exceptions will be made. Violations of the family
group policy are grounds for immediate eviction without a refund
of rent.
The Otter Lake Vacation Home is located on a quiet, waterfront,
residential area of a small subdivision of Tulameen. WE DO NOT
offer a "party" house and we do not rent to underage persons. If
your group fits this description, you are not a good match for our
home and should select other accommodations. Disruptions to the
neighborhood and loud noise outside the home after 11 PM will not
be tolerated and will result in your being evicted and loss of
deposit and rental fees paid.
Renters shall permit no activities on the premises
that are contrary to any law, ordinance, or insurance
policy provisions.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the premises and
record 24/7.
Checkout:
Checkout time is promptly at 10:00
AM. If you are unable to meet this time, please contact us
for an extension. We will accommodate if able.
A great deal of work must be done to prepare the home for guest
arrival, and a delay in your departure may result in the
waterfront home not being ready by 4:00 PM for the next guests.
Like you, they are excited and want to be in their waterfront home
on time. The home is privately owned and well loved. Please
leave it neat and tidy upon your departure.
With regard to cleaning, you are only required to clean
and put away all dishes, pot and pans. Please do
not leave any dishes in the sink and all items from the dishwasher
should be put away in their appropriate places. No other
cleaning is required. Linens may be left on the
beds and towels in the bathroom or laundry
baskets since they will be washed and dried as part of the
cleaning fee as is bathroom cleaning, floor, window washing, refrigerator, oven and other general cleaning.
Note:
The home is equipped with a community water
supply (Otter Lake Water Company) and the water is rated among the
most pure of the water tested under regulation in New
Westminster. There is no "taste" to the water, no
chlorine, and thus no need to bring bottled water.
The home is equipped with a septic system. If you are not
familiar with septic systems, we can't stress enough the need to
avoid flushing anything down the toilet except human waste
and toilet tissue. Nothing can ruin a vacation like a septic clog
and overflow. Please be sure that everyone staying at the home,
especially the children, understand this. There is a metal grease
container on the kitchen window shelf where all fat (i.e. bacon
grease, oils) must be discarded.
