We have included all of
the comforts of home, plus more. Ready for you to show up and
enjoy the calming qualities of the area. Whether you want to kick
back and enjoy the spectacular views, take in a game of bocce,
croquet, badminton, or spend your day swimming or fishing in one of
the cleanest, crystal clear lakes in BC or the many smaller
fishing lakes that surround the area. Bring your boat and enjoy
tubing right in front of the house and dock your boat at your own
private dock equipped with a water slide and diving
board. Or try out the 5 person pedal boat,
canoe, 2 kayaks, floating trampoline, hot tub...
  
 
Balcony:
The large 800 sq. ft. balcony spans the full
front of the house, with easy access from all four sliding doors.
Comes fully equipped with a stainless steel barbeque, outdoor
conversation set, dining table set with umbrella (extra tables and
numerous chairs are available for larger groups), reclining chaise
loungers for the beach, love seat and bar seating area.
Living Room:
Designed specifically to maximize the
spectacular lake view! The large windows and glass sliding
doors span almost the entire walls of the living area.
Two leather barstools overlook the kitchen area for easy comfortable
socializing while your party is doing the cooking. A
comfortable all pine dining suite and bench makes for easy dining,
with two additional leaves making comfortable seating for 10
people. A warm red-toned cherry laminate wood floor runs
throughout the home and makes for easy clean-up. A
luxurious leather reclining sofa and loveseat are perfectly
situated to enjoy the peaceful tranquil nature outside your door and
for enjoying the glorious views of the lake. Also makes for grand
movie viewing on the remote controlled movie projector, 10 feet wide
theatre screen and dolby surround sound - just like you are actually
at the movies! Satellite television and radio are also
available on the regular Sony 36" TV and sound system. In the
winter, the wood burning stove will be sure to please and will
definitely keep you warm on cool winter evenings. A portable
digital piano is also included for the musically inclined,
including karaoke and self-playing functions, and a trunk
full of games and poof chairs area are the perfect spot to relax and
hang out playing your favourite board game.
  
  
Kitchen:
The white open kitchen allows you to overlook
the breakfast bar and join in the activities in the dining and
living areas. The fully equipped kitchen contains all that's
needed to prepare home cooked meals. There is a large
side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, wall oven,
microwave, dishwasher and Jenn Air cooktop with built-in
grill. Kitchen counters are corian. A full compliment of
dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, serving dishes, pots and pans
are provided, as is a large assortment of small
appliances including a toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker,
grinder, kettle, waffle iron, citrus juicer, blender, mixer, rice
cooker, salad spinner, food processor, bread machine, pannini press,
quesadilla maker - enough to please any cook!
 
Sleeping arrangements:
Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 8 people.
Security
deposited is automatically forfeited if unregistered guests stay
overnight (no exceptions).

Master Suite:
You may not want to leave the master
suite. A high pillow-top king sized mahogany bed makes for the most
luxurious sleep and a flat screen television/DVD for the times you
may prefer to watch from the comfort of your bed. An electric
fireplace can be turned on by the flick of a switch. The master
suite includes a desk with computer and large monitor with wireless
high speed internet. To the side of your bed is a sliding glass door
that opens to the large balcony overlooking the property and the
lake, with a great view and a swinging bench seat outside your door
for you to enjoy. An easy accessible large closet and bathroom
complete the master suite. The nearby hot tub is only a few steps
away overlooking the lake.
  
Guest Bedroom:
Typical of a hotel room, there is a
queen size bed with hotel rated linens, a closet and dresser.
Not typical of a hotel room: there is a large glass
sliding door that opens out to the balcony and a perfect view
of the lake to wake up too. There is a television and DVD player
located on the dresser. The main bathroom is situated right next
door. Limited edition Wildlife Art by Robert Bateman and others are
located in the Guest Bedroom and throughout the home.

Main Bathroom:
Easily accessible from the living
area and two bedrooms. Complete bathroom including bath tub,
shower over bath, sink and toilet. Faucets are gold plated.
Comes with blow dryer and nearby linen closet with a large
assortment of comfy towels, both for the bath and beach. There
is no need to bring your own towels. |

Children's Bedroom:
The kids enjoy the bunk beds
in a cozy bedroom easily appointed across from the main
bathroom. No need to bring toys - it comes fully equipped with
a large assortment of board games, puzzles, books for all
ages, building toys and universal toys that would be sure to
please any girl or boy. |

Downstairs bedrooms 4 and 5:
Cozy small bedrooms
located downstairs away from the hub. Perfect spot for a quiet
night sleep. Both bedrooms have a double bed.
Note: Both bedrooms are very small and only one has a window.

Utility Room:
Laundry room comes with full-sized
washer and dryer. It also comes fully equipped with all
laundry needs and supplies including an iron. (No need
to bring any cleaning supplies.) |

Downstairs:
The downstairs is easily accessible from a
spiral staircase located in the living room. Laminate wood floor
continues throughout and a 42" LCD television is mounted on the
wall. Comes complete with a Nintendo Wii system and
a collection of over 300 DVD movies of all genre. Two
comfortable (pull out) couches for easy television watching (spare
beds) or just hanging out while the rest of the family spends
quality time together playing foosball, table rod hockey,
air hockey, pool (small table) or ping pong (small table).
Or try your luck on the free play "no coin
required" one-armed bandit slot machine.
  
What to bring:
Your food and toiletries - that's
it! All linens and kitchenware are provided for your
convenience including oversized beach towels. A selection of
lifejackets is available for your use. Of course, you are welcome to
bring your ski boat, jet skis, atv's, bikes, and of course,
helmets. Sunscreen lotion is also needed in summer. Some
cold ones too!
